Bio

I'm working toward becoming a creative Python developer and systems engineer — someone who builds intelligent, scalable, and interactive digital experiences.

Right now that means learning to combine Python fundamentals with modern web technologies, data visualisation, and thoughtful motion design, one project at a time. I care about systems that are technically precise and genuinely enjoyable to use — this site, built from scratch in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is the first one.

Originally from Montréal, where I finished high school at Marymount Academy International in 2025, before moving to Winnipeg to study software development.

Friends
A gentle companion app for people carrying something heavy — mood check-ins, a supportive chat companion, an encrypted private journal, grounding exercises, and automatic detection of crisis language that immediately surfaces Canada's 988 Suicide Crisis Helpline. Built solo in Python, translated into 11 languages.

Friends (Updated)
A calm, local-only rebuild of Friends as a live web app — one highlighted "start here" step guides each visit, with a passcode lock, an anonymous mode, and a one-tap delete-all, while progress is tracked cumulatively so time away is never penalised. Crisis-language detection still surfaces an immediate 988 helpline screen from any point, including the lock screen. Live now in 4 of 11 planned languages (English, French, Japanese, Estonian).

A gentle, ADHD-friendly study companion — Pomodoro timer, task manager, mood & energy check-ins, a time-blocking planner with calendar and analytics (bar charts, heatmaps, badges), and an executive-function assistant that breaks big tasks into small steps. Ships with low-stimulation and high-contrast modes.

A full-stack FX and stock trading platform, built solo in pure Python (Dash and Plotly) — real-time market data via Alpaca and MetaTrader5, interactive candlestick charting with drag-to-adjust Stop-Loss/Take-Profit lines, a Novice Mode for beginners, a multi-symbol watchlist, and secure per-user login.
